1. General Policy
Credits are generally non-refundable except for technical service failures on our end. We provide refunds for system errors, duplicate charges, and unauthorized purchases when reported within 7 days.
2. Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Refunds:
- Technical failures preventing caricature generation
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Unauthorized account access and purchases
- Server downtime causing credit loss
3. How to Request a Refund
Contact our support team at support@caricatu.ro within 7 days with:
- Account email and transaction ID
- Description of the issue
- Screenshots if applicable
